A multi-million dollar renovation of the 10,000 square foot building will transform the space into what’s being touted as “an urban sensory experience,” featuring farm-to-table chef-prepared cuisine, the state’s largest wine list, an extensive art gallery throughout each floor, 3D projection art displays, curated, globally infused sounds, the states only rooftop dining, a garden room, high-tea Sundays, and a culturally inspired event list (ie: spring and fall fashion shows, resident DJ from Austria, an annual wine festival, opera singers, live artist installations, live model shows, community driven art projects, flower shows, wine tastings, exclusive black tie events, and  more.)

Cabonnay is much-anticipated here in the city, and was recently named “Most Anticipated Restaurant” in the Best of New Hampshire Issue of New Hampshire Magazine.

You can follow along via Cabonnay’s blog here, and follow them on Facebook here.

If your head isn’t spinning with joy and anticipation yet, read on from Cabonnay’s news release:

Fresh, Oasis, Bliss – The Core Elements of Cabonnay

  • Cabonnay is founded on the principles of delivering the essence of wine country in an urban yet tranquil setting.
  • Wine countries across many countries, demographics, and cultures all highlight similar characteristics; undeniable natural beauty, a wine house, chef prepared foods, emotion provoking art, and an extensive collection of wine.
  • Cabonnay will touch upon each of these avenues while delivering our guests a full sensory experience and demonstrating our corporate key visions: Fresh, Oasis, Bliss.

Cabonnay Embarks on a Journey to Manchester
Cabonnay’s move to Manchester has puts them on the fast track to project completion with a tentative grand opening of December of 2016. The space will allow Carbonnay walk-in traffic, larger event space, art gallery, effective retail space, a larger staffing pool, and a chic urban vibe with an area for the expansive, elevated roof-top outdoor dining space.
