Chef Jayson, Chef Paul and Chef Nick from the NH Food Bank’s Recipe for Success program will be offering this activity throughout the market season beginning July 14.  Watch the Community Market fan page for more dates!

Growing natural foods means that the food won’t always look perfect.  Because no chemicals are used on many of our local foods, they may not look perfect but they are indeed extremely healthy. This program helps our farmers with their visually challenged “uglies,” which is a big goal for the weekly market, to increase farmer’s sales so they can keep on growing

  • PLUS using up “uglies” helps eliminate food waste, by using every bit of food grown locally.
  • PLUS you can learn a few cooking tips if you need ideas on what to do with fresh produce.
  • PLUS you get to eat food!  And lots more…

Come and see how delicious these treats will be, free samples will be available, especially if you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and help out.
